Mr. Panuwat Somrit
Managing Partner
Graduated from Ramkhamhaeng University in Bachelor of Law, Mr. Panuwat Somrit is a skilled litigator and specialist in civil law and property law. With many years of experience in Legal and Law Enforcement, he is now a Director of Harwell Legal International Law Office in Phuket.
Panuwat is authorized to practice law in the Kingdom of Thailand. He also serves as a Notarial Services Attorney who can verify documents to the authenticity of signatures, certificate identity of parties to an agreement, and be an administration of oaths and affirmations.
Panuwat works hard for his clients and he is the one you can trust as he will give you all his attention and dedication to make sure that your rights is protected and the full justice is served.
Ms. Tarnthip Tiowviriyakul

Ms. Tarnthip Tiowviriyakul dedicates herself to Harwell Legal International Law Office as a Legal Advisor since 2016.
She earned a First Class Honors in Bachelor degree of Law from Rangsit University. She also spent a year studying English in Singapore, so she has excellent command of English, both written and spoken. She is very passionate and eager to assist people harmed by wrongful conduct to receive the justice they deserve.
Tarnthip specializes in Business & Corporate Law, Property, Family Law, Thai Visas, and Work Permits.
Ms. Kanta Kanvichit
Lawyer
Ms. Kanta Kanvichit is a Phuket-born. She attended Satree Phuket School in English Program. During her high-school period, she took her exchange year in Estonia. She then pursued her interests in the Bachelor of Laws, Thammasat University. In addition, she also gained the Minor in English for International Communication from Faculty of Liberal Arts, Thammasat University.
Her main practice is corporate and business laws. She is capable for drafting/reviewing contract, liaising with various government sectors in order to affect completion of registration, and advising private client on the issue in respect of commercial, corporate, and arbitration. She also gets along well with the team.
She has a lawyer license and is able to speak Thai and English. She is diligent and has a commitment to deliver excellent deliverables to both Partner and her client.
Ms. Siraprapha Poekabut

Miss Siraprapha Poekabut graduated from Thammasat University with a Bachelor of Law. She is a member of the Thai Bar Association and qualified by the Lawyer Council of Thailand to practice law in the Kingdom.
She has responsibilities in the litigation department. She works on both civil and criminal litigation cases. Miss Siraprapha is a well-spoken attorney and is comfortable presenting cases in court. She undertakes legal research to properly advise clients, drafting both civil and criminal complaints and other related documents for the legal process. She has In-depth knowledge of many key legal processes in Thailand.
Additionally, she can do some corporate areas such as establishing a company, changing the director, drafting the contract, and due diligence investigations of land and real estate development.
Ms. Wirin Homreun

Wirin graduated from Mae Fah Luang University with a Bachelor of Law. She is qualified by the Lawyer Council of Thailand to practice law in the Kingdom.
She experienced in providing legal advice on are dispute resolution, civil lawsuit, labour & employment, corporate & commercial transactions, corporate governance, real estate, Thai visa and work permit matters.
Wirin is fluent in English. Her abilities can support all international clients. She always dedicated herself to the clients justice.
Ms. Sopapan Pitakchotiwong
Office Manager
Graduated Bachelor degree in Accounting from Assumption University and Master Degree in Finance from Mahidol University, International Program.
Sopapan is Firm Administrator at Harwell Legal International Law. She has work experience in international banking, hospital, and wellness center as a Forex dealer, an Accountant, and Program Coordinator consecutively. Her experience approach to managing internal finance and accounting activities, organizing office operation, and database management.
With her competencies and skills can assure company work flow running smoothly and efficiently.
Ms. Marina Vinogradova
Account Manager
Marina graduated from Siberian Federal University, Polytechnic Institute, Faculty of Foreign Languages. Specialty: Translator of English in professional communication. She is Russian nationality and has extensive experience working as service manager with juristic and individual person in the banking sector. She has been living in Thailand for more than 8 years, has experience of working in international teams, worked in real estate in Phuket. She also has excellent communication skills and in our team is responsible for communication with clients and provide with documents. For our clients we always find the best solution in all matters based on Thailand law.
Ms. Taksaporn Wetchsart
Account Manager – Chinese speaking
Taksaporn graduated from Prince of Songkla University, Phuket Campas with a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies, majoring in International Business Chinese.
She joined the team as the Account Manager for taking care the client. She can speak three languages for Thai, English, and Chinese. She also spent three years studying for Chinese language in China, so she has a fluent command of China, both written and spoken. She is the one of the team who take care of inquiries and requests from Chinese customers to make sure that they’re receiving a perfect services. She believed that her energy and knowledge will be key qualities to assists the client with a document, translation, management and be the part to makes the company more prosperous.
For her personality, she is a bubbly personality, assertive, and sense of humor that makes the colleague and client are happy.
Ms. Aunchisa Ruangrit
Assistant Lawyer
Aunchisa graduated from Mae Fah Luang University, a bachelor degree of Law with a first class honors degree. She is a member of the Thai Bar Association.
