Biography

Miss Siraprapha Poekabut graduated from Thammasat University with a Bachelor of Law. She is a member of the Thai Bar Association and qualified by the Lawyer Council of Thailand to practice law in the Kingdom.
She has responsibilities in the litigation department. She works on both civil and criminal litigation cases. Miss Siraprapha is a well-spoken attorney and is comfortable presenting cases in court. She undertakes legal research to properly advise clients, drafting both civil and criminal complaints and other related documents for the legal process. She has In-depth knowledge of many key legal processes in Thailand.
Additionally, she can do some corporate areas such as establishing a company, changing the director, drafting the contract, and due diligence investigations of land and real estate development.
